Only steps away from the water, this cottage is the closest to the lake and its new 24 foot composite wood private dock, equipped with a swim ladder. Situated next to the beach, this is a great location as you or your children can swim right from your dock to the swim area/water toys. The thick forest between the cottage and the beach ensures there is ample privacy and shade to help keep cool in the summer months. A large deck (new in 2025!) with a picnic table overlooks the water - perfect for meals outside! On the road side is another small deck, with a propane BBQ. Inside you'll find three bedrooms (each with a double bed), a three piece bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living/dining area.
A small trail connects cottage #2 and #3 through the tall pines, making this pairing perfect for groups needing two cottages.
